We respond on business days (Mon–Fri, 10:00–19:00 MSK), typically within one business day. Urgent requests about system availability are handled first.
Update policy
Updates are released regularly. New versions are first tested on a subset of clients and only then made available to everyone — this reduces the risk of issues after installation.
You can install an update in one click in the admin panel, or wait for automatic installation. Before each update the system creates a backup and will not begin installation if recovery would be impossible. See what changed in the changelog.
